WEBINSURANCEQUOTE CONTRACT

WebINSURANCEQUOTE, Inc., by its acceptance of payment, and the undersigned insurance agency or agent (Agent), on the date entered below, agree to the following:


WebINSURANCEQUOTE agrees that it will:

  1. Provide leads to Agent via email of people requesting insurance information.

  2. Not deliver, sell or transfer any lead to more than 3 other insurance professionals.

  3. Treat all agents on the network equally.

  4. Reserve the right to terminate services to the Agent for any reason.


Agent/Agency agrees that they will:

  1. Pay for any and all leads sent by WebINSURANCEQUOTE each month upon receipt of the month end billing statement.

  2. Contact each WebINSURANCEQUOTE generated lead within 48 hours or receiving the lead (not including weekends).

  3. Never sell, transfer, assign or give any lead from WebINSURANCEQUOTE to any other person or organization.

  4. Use information provided by WebINSURANCEQUOTE for the purpose of providing insurance only.

  5. Maintain the appropriate licenses to act as an Insurance Agent in the states which their target market is selected.


Agent/Agency agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment Terms Charges for leads generated by WebINSURANCEQUOTE will be billed monthly in arrears with payment due upon receipt of the invoice.

  2. The invoice will be faxed on the last day of the month. If the invoice is not received by the 2nd day of the month, agent/agency must notify WebINSURANCEQUOTE so that a new invoice may be faxed.

  3. Payment will be considered past due and a $20 late fee will be assessed for any payment not received within fifteen (15) days following the date on which the bill was sent.

  4. Agent/Agency shall reimburse WebINSURANCEQUOTE for all amounts expended collecting past-due accounts including attorneys fees, court costs and other reasonable expenses incurred if it becomes necessary to exert these means to effect collection.

  5. Jurisdiction will be appropriate in Virginia and venue proper in the County of Fairfax. Agents/Agencys account may be suspended from receiving leads and agents/agencys reserved target market may be forfeited if payment is not received twenty-one (21) days following the date on which the bill was sent.



Billing Disputes
On the last day of the month, WebINSURANCEQUOTE will fax or email a detailed listing of those leads which are included in the billing. If the detailed listing is not received by the 2nd day of the month, agent must notify WebINSURANCEQUOTE so that a new listing may be faxed or emailed. Agent/Agency must notify WebINSURANCEQUOTE before the fifth (5th) day of the month following receipt of the month end billing if the Agent/Agency disputes receiving any leads included in the listing.

WebINSURANCEQUOTE will credit those leads for which Agent/Agency requests credit and which are older than fifteen (15) days old. If the lead was to be sent within the last fifteen (15) days, WebINSURANCEQUOTE will email the lead again without credit.

Cancellation
Agent must provide WebINSURANCEQUOTE with a 30 day notice to suspend service. WebINSURANCEQUOTE will keep the account Active for the next 30 days. WebINSURANCEQUOTE reserves the right to remove the agent from its service for any reason without prior notice.

Duplicate leads

Pay for the first lead and credit the duplicates. Consumers errors or misinformation This includes disconnected or wrong telephone number, or a missing or wrong address. Credit will be given only if no contact is possible. For example, if the phone number is incorrect but the address is valid, or the clients phone number can be gotten from information, this is still a valid referral. A referral is considered unreachable when the attempts, and information is mailed to the provided address, but is returned as undeliverable. If the email address is valid this also constitutes a valid lead. Credits are not given for prospects who do not return your call. Credit will be given if the prospect has too many tickets or accidents and does not qualify for any of the insurance products that you are quoting.

Technical Difficulties
If you receive a fax that is illegible or has become garbled please call our office and we will resend the referral. Credit will not be given for bad faxes.

Prank of phony leads
Leads which you receive that are obviously fake and should be noted on your invoice and a credit taken. Please keep your leads in a file for each month. When you receive your bill you can use any credited leads to recalculate your bill. Use the billing summary as a worksheet to note your credits, and include the billing summary/worksheet with your payment when you send it in. Please do not request credits for bills that are overdue.

Referral Cost

Auto Referrals: $6.00 per lead
Other Insurance referrals: $7.00 per lead
Yearly Membership Fee: $50.00


Your membership fee must be received before leads will be sent. Please note your membership fee is not applied to the purchase of leads.

Once you have faxed your WebINSURANCEQUOTE application to (888) 708-6863 mail the signed orginal along with your yearly $50.00 membership fee to WebINSURANCEQUOTE P.O. Box 17856 Arlington, VA 22216-9998
